Our
Projects
ArbaBlox is leading a nationwide rollout of advanced manufacturing facilities designed to strengthen America’s logistics backbone.
Each project represents a step toward a fully domestic, sustainable supply chain — producing high-performance engineered pallet blocks with precision, scalability, and environmental integrity.
Our first three facilities form the foundation of this vision:
1. Winona, Mississippi — Shovel-Ready and De-Risked
The Winona plant is ArbaBlox’s flagship facility and the first of its kind in North America. Located in Crossroads Industrial Park, Montgomery County, it sits adjacent adjacent to our raw material supply partner- Biewer Lumber, ensuring a continuous, low-cost fiber supply.
Built with IMAL-PAL’s proven European technology and managed under a fixed-cost EPC contract, Winona is fully shovel-ready with secured feedstock, finalized environmental permits, and confirmed offtake agreements with PalletOne and PECO — together accounting for 80% of plant capacity.
This facility will serve as the model for replication, setting the operational and performance standards for all future ArbaBlox plants.

2. South Carolina — Expanding Capacity and Product Range
ArbaBlox’s second facility will be established in South Carolina, strategically positioned to serve the dense cluster of pallet and packaging manufacturers across the Southeast.
This site will feature a hybrid design with extrusion lines and a single-opening press capable of producing both standard pallet blocks and engineered bearers for industrial applications.
With strong regional demand and established relationships with PalletOne, and West Fraser, the South Carolina plant will play a key role in diversifying product lines and expanding market reach.

3. Texas — Large-Format Production for the Logistics Heartland
The third facility, located in Texas, will focus on producing large-format engineered blocks for specialized applications such as chemical, automotive, and warehouse pallets.
Situated close to major distribution hubs and sawmill networks, this plant will cater to large-scale clients including Sam’s Club, and Pallet One, achieving 100% projected offtake from day one.
The Texas site will also act as a logistics anchor, supplying the central and western U.S. markets while leveraging regional infrastructure for export opportunities.
