

A Bit About Me
William “Bill” Little is the Chief Operations Officer of ArbaBlox, Born and raised in Ripley, Mississippi, military veteran, and avid dirt bike rider. Bill has 35 years of diverse management experience in the nuclear, oil and gas, biofuel, and biomass industries.
Following six years in the Navy Nuclear Submarine Propulsion Program, Bill launched his career managing Construction and Engineering for Capital Projects, and Operations and Maintenance of Manufacturing Facilities, for companies including Chevron, KiOR, Alon USA, and Enviva.
Bill entered the executive ranks over 10 years ago as the Managing Director of Engineering for Alon USA. Where he headed up the technical group of Engineers, Inspectors, and Analyst supporting 6 oil refineries and 13 Asphalt plants. Within 6 months Bill was promoted to Vice President and General Manager, Bakersfield, CA Refinery. Bill was the senior manager for the Alon USA operations in California.
As Vice President of Construction and Capital Program Manager at Enviva, Bill was responsible for all construction efforts, including all development, greenfield, expansion projects, and capital program. Bill had many challenges while at Enviva with seven active projects spread across four states. Chief among these was the construction of a deep-water marine terminal at the Port of Pascagoula, MS and two new pellet plants in Hamlet, NC and Lucedale, MS. The total project value exceeded $750 Million. As a member of the Enviva Executive Team Bill was one of six executives that lead Enviva to become a Billion Dollar Company.
